CLOSED : Reader Giveaway : Essie Nail Polish & Quick Dry

{I will contact you about sending you your new Essie Spring Polish and Good to Go!}

Thank you all for joining in on my giveaway! I plan to have many more in the future!

EssieGiveaway
For all of you new and old followers, I am so very thankful! I am so humbled that this blog has grown the way it has. When I first started blogging, I was in college and it was a requirement for a class, so naturally–it wasn’t my most favorite thing. However, when I started this blog just a few short months ago, it has become sort’ve a passion for me. Something that can be my outlet to the world outside of my ‘little bubble’.
In the beginning I decided once I reached 5,000 views, I would have a giveaway. Yes, I know 5,000 is not a lot in blog land. But, hey–I’m new and I am ever so grateful for all 5,000! You must start somewhere, right?!
Since I love, love, LOVE nail polish I knew that would be the perfect giveaway.

cuteasabutton{Essie : Cute as a Button}

Of course, I would love to keep this polish for myself, but I want one of you to enjoy it just as I would! This is the perfect polish for Spring Time-

goodtogo{Essie : Good to Go – Quick Dry}

Love @ First Bark…Maybe?

Ok, for those of you that are new….I have a dog, Jenny (Jen’s) and Lauryn Pumpkin has a dog named Brody (Brod’s).

Secretly, well maybe not the secret part…but we are trying to make Jen’s and Brod’s love each other.

Crazy? Yes, we know.

But, we want a dog wedding.

Yep, I said it. Dog wedding.

We have already told people our families and we plan on sending out invitations. Real Ones.

This is no joke.

However, there is ONE huge problem.

Jen’s is scared of Brody. SCARED. SCARED. SCARED.

He barks and growls at her. Maybe that’s his way of showing affection? I’m not sure…But, Jen thinks he needs to find a new way because she is not having it.

So, I’ve decided since warm weather is coming up (HOPEFULLY), we need to start planning this shindig. Which means….Brod’s is going to have to change his ways. Lauryn Pumpkin has been talking to him about his actions. Maybe they will corporate.

First, we sent a picture to hopefully help…and then you will see what we got in return.

Jen’s : Brody, Woof you be mine?   Yes or No

Brod’s : Jen’s, I’m sorry for barking at you. I get nervous around pretty girls. Of course, I’ll be yours.

Maybe the next play-date will be better?

I know we are crazy…But, who doesn’t love their dog? And who doesn’t want a precious dog wedding? Ahhh!

Perfect excuse to enjoy some wine, perhaps! I’d say so myself.

Bachelor–Christmas Style

Remember I said this week is like Christmas?

Well, It’s finally here! 2 full nights of the Bachelor in ONE week.

Yep, you heard me right. Go ahead and do your happy dance–

So tonight is night 1 of the happiness with Lauryn Pumpkin & Sam.

TIERRAble. TIERRAble. TIERRAble.

I cannot stand Tierra.

The fake, selfish drama queen just doesn’t do it for me. Every time she opens her mouth I’m ready for her to close it already. Why does she want to fight all of the time? Grow up.

I am beginning to like Lindsay. We shall see how that goes…But, I did love their date. Oh how i’d like to have my own concert where I can dance in the middle of the town up on top of a stage where everyone is watching me. (Ok, maybe that’s a bit much…but, you get the point)

The group date was interesting. I believe I’d drink the goat’s milk also. Strange? Yes, I agree…But, I’ll try new things! Perhaps I should add that to my ‘life list’.

I didn’t think it was fair that Sean invited the losers back for the night, however I do understand that he is trying to get to know all of the girls to figure out which one to send home each week. Well, hate to say it–but, I could tell you Robyn was going home at the very beginning. They have ZERO chemistry when they are together.

Of course, I hated the two-on-one date. Not only is it awkward, but knowing that you have to sit there with the worst girl of them all and try to compete must be miserable. Not to mention, the worst girl there has been manipulating him this whole time.

Another favorite I’m starting to have is Lesley–

Don’t think I’m not still in love with Sarah and AshLee, because I am. Hopefully I’ll be writing more about them tomorrow!

Now onto ROUND TWO tomorrow–

I hope y’all are as excited as Lauryn Pumpkin and I am!!

{Sam…Get your GAME FACE on. No playing around tomorrow. You must watch so you can have a Bachelor-Educated conversation with Lauryn Pumpkin and I.}

A Southern Hello!

Hey Y’all– {You can just assume Paula Deen said this herself}

Of course, I am Southern, however I sound absolutely nothing like good ole’ Paula. It’s quite comical how every time I say ‘Y’all’, she comes to mind. Paula has a very drawn out…’y’alllllll’, and mine is more like a quick ‘y’all’. Easy enough, huh?  Maybe if you add a little sweet tea wine, you will sound more like Paula. Go ahead, I know you want to try it.

Now, onto something more interesting. Well, maybe not to you, but to me.

I love blogs. I love to read blogs. I love to write blogs.

Blog. Blog. Blog. Blog. Oh Happy Blog.

{This picture pretty much sums up my life, except add Sweet before ‘Tea’} Ekk
