Foot Bath Detox

Have you ever heard of a foot bath detox?

No, not like you go sit your feet in the tub at home.

This is gross, yet exciting all at the same time.

If you’ve done it before you know what i’m talking about. If not, your in for it–

First Lauryn Pumpkin and I decided we were ready to go get a foot bath. We have talked about it for quite some time because she went back in August and I have always wondered what it would be like. So finally…here we go.

First we sit in these cozy chairs, and the tech comes and puts a tarp under our feet.

Then comes the actually foot baths. Ahhhhh.

I have no idea why I was nervous, however I just didn’t know what was going to happen!

As I put my feet into the bath with a bit of salt, and immediately nasty ‘gunk’ starts coming out.

YUCK. YUCK. YUCK.

{No need to judge my un-polised toes}

{Again, no judging…}

Prepare for disgust.

You may not want to look at this part, however I do find it very interesting.

GROSS, right?

Well, thank goodness that is out of my body. Can you believe all of that came out of my feet? Crazy…

So, I decided to do some research on foot baths to find out more information to share with y’all.

This above picture shows how the different parts of your body link to your feet. Strange, I know…It’s kinda hard for me to believe that a tiny spot on my foot can link to my ear. Those are so far from each other! But, I guess that’s why i’m not a doctor…

Now, go get yourself a foot bath so you will stop judging the color that mine turned out to be.
